Its proximity to the 3 Mermaids, another popular hotspot, means you can easily pair your visit with a bit of sightseeing.  One plus I found compared to the 3 mermaids was that the terrace area was much more protected from the sun, so it was much more comfortable. That also could have been luck and just the time of day we visited.
